OUR POLICIES
ADMISSION: We reserve the right to deny admittance to pets
lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or
potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior. We reserve the
right to charge handling fees for excessively difficult or aggressive pets
requiring additional staff and\or additional time in order that we may deliver
proper care. Minimum age for all services is 8 weeks.
REQUIRED
VACCINATIONS:
PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINATIONS BY LICENSED
VETERINARIAN REQUIRED FOR ALL VISITS.
The essential vaccinations for your pet are
as follows:
Dog Vaccination
Requirements:
Rabies,
all dogs over 16 weeks.
Canine Influenza, vaccination and booster, 7 days
prior to services.
DHLP, all dogs.
Bordetella, within last 6 months, 7 days prior to
services.
Negative fecal, within last 12 months – additional
for PlayCare.
Puppy Vaccination
Requirements:
8 weeks –
DAAP(distemper/parvo) & Bordetella.
12 weeks – DAPP-L booster(distemper/parvo/lepto).
16 weeks – DAPP-L booster(distemper/parvo/lepto) & 1
year Rabies.
16 weeks – Canine Influenza, vaccination and booster,
7 days prior to sevices.
Cat Vaccination
Requirements:
Rabies, for all cats over 16 weeks
FVRCP, for all cats
FeLV, recommended
but not required
All vaccinations record must be from a licensed veterinarian.
Additionally, we require that you maintain a year-round treatment for ticks
and fleas in order to protect our resort from any contamination and thus
protect all of the pets. We recommend topical solutions such as Advantage and
Frontline. These products are available over the counter or from your
veterinarian. We do not suggest collar
prevention methods.
Please talk to your veterinarian about your options and frequency of treatment. |
WHAT TO BRING FOR

Special Diet Pet food labeled and
pre-packed in individual serving portions
if supplying as a food.
Your pet's favorite toy or something from
home which will help them feel more comfortable while away.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM,
Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM,
Pre-paid Sunday departures available only from 3 PM - 5PM.
Monday-Saturday boarding check-in begins at 1pm. Pets accepted earlier;
they may have to wait in a holding area until their unit is available.

We will
close at 6 PM on Friday, May 25, and be closed Saturday, May 26 and
Sunday, May 27. Prepaid checkouts will be available Monday, May
28, between 3pm & 5pm. Regular hours resume Tuesday, May 29, at
7am. |

Independence Day |
We will close
at 6 PM on Tuesday, July 3, and be closed Wednesday, July 4th. Regular
hours resume Thursday, July 5, at 7am. |

Labor Day
|
We will
close at 6 PM on Friday, August 31, and be closed Saturday, September
1st and Sunday, September 2nd. Prepaid checkouts will be available
Monday, September 3rd between 3pm & 5pm. Regular hours resume
Tuesday, September 4th at 7am.. |

Thanksgiving |
We will
close at 6 PM on Wednesday, November 21, and be closed Thursday,
November 22, Friday, November 23 & Saturday, November 24. Prepaid
checkouts will be available Sunday, November 25, between 3pm & 5pm.

We will
close at 3 PM on Saturday, December 22, and be closed Sunday, December

Check
In Time begins at 1:00 pm :- Pets arriving before 1:00 pm are welcome with no extra fees, but your
pet may have to wait in a holding area until their unit is ready.
Check
Out Time is 12:00 Noon Monday through Saturday: - Additional day boarding charged
after 12pm unless your pet is bathed or groomed on final day of boarding. Pre-paid
and scheduled departures only on Sunday
from 3 PM - 5 PM, full day boarding charge applies.
Rates & Services: All rates and services are subject to availability and
change.
Facility
Meal Plans: Our meal plans use only premium diets and are ideal in a
boarding situation. If you bring your own food please package each meal
separately.
Emergencies: In the rare case of an emergency,
we contact you, your vet, and utilize our local veterinary emergency hospital.
For any health concern that may arise, our pet care professionals maintain a
detailed log and provide it to you and your veterinarian.
Payment:
Payment in
full is required at the time of checkout. We accept payment in the form of cash,
check with valid driver’s license, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and debit cards. We
reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit on all services.
Upon admission for services, your signature
of contract acknowledges your awareness and acceptance of our policies. Thank
you for entrusting your pet to our care.
